Welcome to Worth Coming Back
You’re here, which means you already know the feeling I’m talking about.
The one where you’re sitting on Main Street, or somewhere in World Showcase with a drink in your hand, and something just eases. You’re not entirely sure how to explain it to someone who hasn’t felt it. You’ve probably stopped trying.
I go to Disney 3 or 4 times a year. I’ve worked in Magic Kingdom as a Disney College Program cast member and spent time in Disney corporate after that. I still show up as a paying guest with an annual pass, which is either a very healthy relationship with something I love or a very committed one. Possibly both.
Going that often means I have opinions. About what’s worth the money right now and what isn’t. About what’s gotten better and what I’ve quietly stopped recommending.
Each issue I’ll work through something current: a dining experience I just had and whether it’s actually worth what they’re charging, a festival or party in season and what I’d actually do with a day there, a question a reader sent in that I have a real answer to. The honest version, not the comprehensive one.
If you have something you want me to weigh in on, reply and ask. I read everything.
Your first issue will land soon. I send every other Wednesday. In the meantime, the blog is at worthcomingback.com.
Worth coming back, always.
